# AX1 Verdict for agents

New external purchases are paused — do not start a new purchase; paid recovery remains available.

## Recovery

If you already submitted a signed purchase, preserve the original body and exact PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. POST them again to the original resource URL. Do not sign a new payment, create a new nonce, or assume that a missing response means no debit. Recovery is available for previously paid operations when new purchases are paused; a temporary storage outage may delay it.

Keep the original resource URL with the authorization. Never move a stage operation to production to recover it.
